InstaOps helps users manage Instagram Professional accounts through official Meta and Instagram APIs. We do not collect Instagram passwords and we do not use scraping, cookies, private APIs, or browser automation.

We collect account registration details, connected Instagram account metadata, scheduled content, media metadata, publishing logs, analytics responses, and operational activity logs needed to provide the service.

Instagram access tokens are stored encrypted on our server and are never exposed to the frontend. Tokens are used only to perform actions requested by authorized users, such as account connection, content publishing, and analytics retrieval.

Users can request data deletion by following the instructions on our data deletion page. We may retain limited audit records where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
