Terms of Service

By using InstaOps, you agree to use the service only with Instagram Professional accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.

You are responsible for ensuring that scheduled content, captions, media, and account activity comply with Instagram, Meta, and applicable legal requirements.

InstaOps uses official Meta and Instagram APIs only. The service does not provide or permit password automation, scraping, private API access, cookie-based automation, or unauthorized data collection.

Publishing, analytics, and account connection features depend on Meta platform availability, permissions, token validity, app review status, and account eligibility.
